Whilst you paint, I facilitate on the science behind colour, how colour affects us personally and how it can assist us to transform a blurry mind-set into clarity whilst lighting our inner creative spark! This helps to lift the density from our overloaded subconscious to make way for ‘a lighter way of thinking and being’ which spirals productivity. By introducing communication between right and left thinking it broadens the mind to become more proactive.
